PLACING YOUR ORDER
When placing your order, please remember to let us know what design and personalization you would like. If there isn't a customization box please email us at wildbreezecreative@gmail.com

KEEPING IN TOUCH
Within 24 hours of your purchase, we will contact you through email to thank you for your purchase. This is to let you know that we have received your order and to ask you any questions we may have.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL DURING THIS TIME IN CASE WE HAVE QUESTIONS

If you have any questions for us, this is the fastest way to communicate with us. 

PRODUCTION TIME/SHIPPING TIME
Our current production time is 1-2 weeks. Additional time may be required for multiple design changes, delay in buyer response, etc. All items are MADE TO ORDER. Production time includes initial order and processing, as well as making and assembling the product. This DOES NOT include SHIPPING TIME. We ship either USPS Priority Mail, which averages 1-3 business days, or UPS/FedEx, which averages 2-5 business days. All packages will be trackable.

WILD BREEZE CREATIVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT (USPS/FEDEX/UPS) DELAYS

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal at checkout. Checkout is completely safe and secure and we do not have access to your billing info, card numbers, etc.
Since we are a Texas based business, all Texas residents will be charged sales tax.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee starting at $5 and may be as much as the item itself. These fees are determined by where your order is in production. Refunds may take up to 5 business days.

SHIPPING/SHIPPING ADDRESSES
All buyers are responsible for entering correct shipping address info at time of purchase

We ship to the address that is entered at the time of checkout and therefore we are not responsible for addresses that are miss-typed or any other errors made by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address entry, the buyer will be charged an additional shipping fee prior to us reshipping. If the buyer refuses the reship fee, the item WILL NOT be reshipped and the order WILL NOT be refunded.

If the shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx) indicates the package has been delivered, via tracking number, email, or any other method, the item WILL NOT be replaced.

If your order is damaged in shipment, please notify us right away. We only have a small amount of time to file a claim with the shipper. If you do not notify us within 3 days of the package being delivered, we will not replace the item.

RECEIPT OF ITEM
Upon receipt of your item(s), please unbox and inspect immediately. If you have any issues and/or concerns, you have 24 hours from receipt of item(s) to contact us.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your item arrives damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will need to be supplied multiple pictures: front and back of item, front and back of box, contents of box including packing materials, and close up of full label. In addition, all of these items must be kept until claim is finalized. Failure to do the above may result in a claim being denied and therefore a replacement will not be sent free of charge.

LOST PACKAGES
Packages that are lost in shipment, via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, etc., are not our responsibility. Upon notification from buyer that a package has not been received, we will file a claim with the respective carrier. Until and only when we receive compensation from them is when From The Ground Up Home Designs can refund the buyer or replace the lost item(s). Again,From The Ground Up Home Designs is not responsible for items lost as we do not work for delivery companies.

FEEDBACK
Once you have received your product from us, we encourage you to leave feedback. The buyers feedback is what helps us grow and to continue offering superior products! If you receive your product and there is a problem, please contact us right away so we can try and rectify the problem before you leave negative feedback. Thank you!
